There are a bunch of Indians that are selling the best bikes in the world cheap saying that they are willing to bring the bike to you when you buy. When I agreed to buy a BMW that was stored in San Francisco, CA they had a bunch of reasons why it had to be shipped to me using their carrier. I just want to warn everybody to be afraid and do not part with your money until you touch the bike.

Born in 1958 and road my first motorcycle at age 9 a 125 Harley. Well I'm not to covet things in this world but if I could have one thing that goes outside my "daily bread" it would be a Vincent Motorcycle. The closest thing I have to it is the patch "The Vincent" on the back of my leather jacket. Anyway my 2000 Roadking will have to suit me fine for now, but if that unbelievable fine ever happens, well?

I rode a Vincent comet for years in England. I have photo of it on display in my hallway with me sitting on it and my wife also on it pillion. reg. no. WHM758 The first thing I would do. if I ever decided to get another one would be..Remove alloy cover and inspect the large alloy gear that drives the two cam shaft gears. That gear wheel wears really badly and the teeth are usually severely worn. The bike is also top heavy and will skid like hell when the back brake is applied just that bit too much. I now live in Shannon county Clare Ireland.Were I to ever buy a vintage bike again it would be the triumph tiger 100 500cc bike. One of the best. Ref. to Vincent Comet again.. It never let me down..
