This bike was bought new on the spur of the moment in 1977. I rode it on and off over the years as time permitted but you can see by the mileage on the odometer that that wasn't often.
I have replaced the original motorcycle seat with a custom seat and a rear bar rack because I was unable to find the original seat to restore the motorcycle to original condition but I did find the grab bar.
I maintained it by draining the gas and oil tanks during the winter months, removing the battery and storing it in my garage in a special cover made for motorcycle storage.
Throughout the years, I would restore it to riding condition. The periodic respirations didn't require much, usually a new battery and fluids would do it. And after it was restored I would take it out for long rides.
I have been cranking the bike up every 2-3 days and it starts right up using the starter button and the kick-starter. There is no smoke at startup, no funny noises or strange vibrations, no leaks, just normal idling after it is warmed up.
The turn signals, headlight high beam and the brake lights on the 1976 Honda CB750 K for Sale all function. High beam lights, turn and neutral indicators also function as does the horn. The 1976 Honda CB also comes with the original tool kit.
For an old Honda motorcycle that is 35 years old, it looks new and still has the original paint. The fuel tank has (very) few minor scratches near the gas cap and the chrome shows very minor signs of pitting but nothing major.
The engine has some branches and rubbed spots on the surfaces. The right headlight fork ear has a minor dent, there is a small crack on the right front turn signal lens near the screw. There is a rub mark on the front brake lever at the end of the handle. The front fender has a minor hairline scratch that is approximately 2 inches long and the custom seat that I installed has a tear.
The original owners service shop and repair manual, Honda's Warranty Policy Service record and DMV 1977 purchase New Vehicle receipt will come to the new owner.
I would like to point out once again that this old Honda is 35 years and only has 12650.9 miles on it and that it is a very well preserved bike.
The bike is being sold as is with no warranty.
I took several hundred pictures of the motorcycle and I have provided pictures of the above-mentioned flaws so if you wish to see additional pictures just email me your questions and requests using the space below that has been provided by Strike Lightning
