It's travel range is 200 miles with a 5.5gal tank. It has 1.5 inch risers on the handlebars to bring them closer to the rider. It has an adjustable windsheild as well as a passenger backrest. These items alone are worth 1000.00. I just got back from a trip to the Sturgis motorcycle rally and rode all over South Dakota and Wyoming (the 2003 BMW K1200RS currently has 24K miles on it)!

The motorcycle's performance was incredible and the only reason that I am selling is because of the need to adjust my driving position. The seating of this bike wouldn't bother most people but I have pins and screws in my back and must change to another BMW to accommodate especially for long trips.

The BMW motorcycle for sale has always been serviced by trained BMW technicians and synthetic oils have always been used. I just had the 24K maintenance service done on it in August at a cost of 1050.00 at which time I had the front fork seals done along with back break pads and a new Michelin Pilot rear tire mounted that added another 550.00 to the bill.

The motorcycle has a few scratches from a slow tip over on the RH front fairing, the right-hand mirror has a small piece missing on the top right hand but other than that this bike is amazing and I am bummed to sell it especially after all of the money that has been put into it recently.
