When riding 20mph, slowing down for an intersection and following too close behind the car in front of me, I hit a 6-8" pothole, froze the front wheel, did a front wheelie and forward flipped the bike! Couldn't have done it on purpose if I tried!

It threw me through the windshield and landed on the top of the tourpak. I'm glad it didn't land on top of me. A few scrapes on my face, elbows and knees are all healed now but the bike is totalled.

Ride safe! This IS the afterlife!

Yes, it was an Anniversary Edition in Silver & Black. (of course they made too many of them)
