After much anguish from the seller by not returning phone calls and e mail, From haul bikes for not returning by phone calls and for not providing accurate shipment dates. From e bay by not addressing the issue in a timely manner. I paid for the bike on 11/30/09 seller did not contact e bay until 12/19/09 of payment. no contact from seller from 11/30/09 until 12/19/09 after i opened a case agaist him through e bay still no contact by phone from seller. I called haul bikes yesterday morning and was informed the bike should be picked up sometime yesterday. seller informed me by e mail last night that the bike had been picked up. i had asked haul bikes on several dates to have the driver inform me on pick up no call from haul bikes.
Was the bike picked up or not? I will keep you informed. i have learned a valuable lesson as i have devoted a month of my time because of reasons described above. I will make a deposit and pay and arrange my own shipping from a trusted company in my state and provide the driver with a certified check for remainder of payment when the bike is picked up.

I know you aren't in a hurry to ride the bike with the blizzard in the Northeast but if you paid for it...you want to take possession!
