I have $10,000 invested invested in the custom 2008 Harley Davidson Sportster XL 883. I paid $7000 stock stripped when I bought it brand new in November of 2007 and I have since added $3000 in accessories. I added a California custom 2-up seat, sissy bar and luggage rack, crash bars, dual guages, a windshield, forward controls,fully chromed the Sportster's engine, added 7 inch raised handlebars, custom foot pegs, saddlebags decals and so on.
