Well, I don’t have anything against running Dunlop tires. They wear well and do exactly what a tire is supposed to do which is probably why the Dunlop Tire Company has stayed in business for as long as they have. In today’s competitive market, if you turn out bad rubber you will be consumed by the competition in no time flat! I just figured that there were enough retailers selling discount Dunlop motorcycle tires and that there weren’t that many used ones for sale. Time (and the number of classifieds we get) will prove whether or not I was right or wrong.

Nobody wants to buy old, bald tires but if you have some take-offs that have hardly any wear on the rubber, why don’t you take a minute to tell us what you’ve got, take a picture of them and advertise them for sale. The money you get for them will go a long way towards the new (probably more expensive?) set of tires you put on your bike. Taking a GOOD PICTURE of the tread is a spectacular idea since that’s what folks that stop here to shop are looking for, cheap tires with little wear and lots of tread.
