I have a 1973 Honda SL70 for that I would like to trade for a car. It can be a running or not running PT Cruiser, Volkswagen new beetle or other but no gas guzzlers or junk, please!

I had a blue one in 1972. Two of my friends also had the same bike. The only way to tell us apart was by our helmets. It was a very reliable motorcycle, however throwing a chain cost two of us a complete transmission rebuild.

The crude charging system would not keep the 6v battery charged enough to run the tail and brake light for very long but the headlight did not use the battery and would continue to work as long as the engine was running.

The bike was much faster than other manufacturers of 70cc and would stay with many 100 and 125cc bikes.

Mine would run 58mph on pavement.
