BUYING USED EXHAUST PIPES and MUFFLERS
When you find the used Harley Davidson exhaust system that you need, you can see below the description of the pipes how the seller wants to be contacted. Sometimes they leave their phone number and at other times they want you to email them.
If you need to send a message to the owner of a used motorcycle exhaust system for sale, all you have to follow the COMMENTS link found at the bottom of the classified. You can then ask questions, make requests for more pictures and leave your own contact information so that the seller can write you back. The seller will then respond IF he or she still has the used exhaust pipes for sale. Sellers are asked to let us know when they no long have their exhaust pipes for sale but there are times they neglect to do this so don’t hacked at me if they don’t email or call you back.
SELLING USED MOTORCYCLE EXHAUST SYSTEMS
Here are a few tips on how to advertise your used Harley or Honda exhaust pipes for sale that will get you the best results.
The first thing to do is to write a detailed description of the pipes for sale using good grammar (PLEASE DON’T TYPE IN CAPS and spell check your ad). Include as many details as possible including what kind of motorcycle the pipes were taken off of, the brand, the motorcycle part number and what kind of mounting hardware that you will deliver AND you might consider putting in words what kind of sound the pipes deliver since that’s pretty important to most buyers.
THEN, you should take pictures of the used motorcycle exhaust system so that potential buyers can see if there are any scratches or wear. You can upload as many as four photos of the pipes (or just one if you think that’s all you need). If you don’t have any pictures you can skip this step but if you do you can expect to get lots of comments from people wanting to know why there are no pictures on the ad!
When you are preview your ad to see if you included all the details of the motorcycle exhaust system and see if the pictures look like you want them to and if you are satisfied you can then submit it.
After you submit, please check the box that pops up afterwards indicating that you would prefer ONLY to get emails when potential buyers want to contact you and NOT every time an ad is posted on GoGocycles Used Motorcycle Parts Classifieds.
