My Nautical Star Hip Tattoos - Cool and Not as Painful as You Think

I have recently got two nautical stars tattooed on my hips. My nautical star hip tattoos are black with white shading and skin tone. Inside each star there is another star slightly turned from the bigger of the two. The designs are what I would have to say are perfectly sized in perfect proportion for my hips. I actually drew the design I wanted done.

I really like the look of the nautical stars and thought they would look great on my hips. I have gotten nothing but compliments about them and my guy friends who have tattoos, have said they really like them. But they don’t know how I could withstand the pain of getting them done on the bone like I did. However, I honestly didn't think getting them in the location that I chose for the ink hurt that much.
