One of the first things that lots of bikers do when they buy a new motorcycle is remove the stock seat that the motorcycle came out of the factory with and replace it with their favorite brand or maybe something more comfortable like a gel seat.

What happens is the bikers that have those almost new motorcycle seats end up advertising them for sale in an attempt to recoup some of what they spent on the fancy custom seat they replaced it with.
The upside of this is that the rest of us get a good shot at some practically brand-new custom motorcycle seats at an extremely cheap price. I like to replace mine regularly because the sun cracks the cover and the padding starts not to be as comfortable as it once was.
So I'm going to be watching the ads for some bargains in used motorcycle seats to keep on hand and I think you should do the same!
