If the price is right, I'll take the whole deal. I have the same bike, year model. I'll use it for parts for mine. Oh, by the way, it's a midnight custom, not a classic, if it's the same bike in the photo.

I had the same problem with a vehicle title, but took the problem to a professional repair garage. The owner filed a Mechanics Lien (Title 42 in Oklahoma) and I got a title. It cost about $75.00.
You might want to check with a mechanic in your area.
