I have some knowledge of this bike's history but no knowledge of the internal condition of the engine or transmission on the 1954 Harley Panhead Basket Case for Sale.

My understanding is that the Panhead was parked due to a bent push rod and then the owner passed away.

It was since disassembled and then later loosely bolted together to make the motorcycle movable.

Seriously it needs completely restored 4500 is way too much.. I wouldn't pay no more $1,000 you must not know how much it really cost to restore a bike no matter how old it is good luck
