1966 BMW R60/2 Motorcycle for Sale by Owner

I have owned the 1966 BMW R60/2 Motorcycle for sale by owner for over 20 years. Approx 18 years ago it was completely rebuilt and stripped down to the last nut and bolt.

  • The transmission and rear drive have been re-sealed
  • all bearings replaced with new
  • The motorcycle has been converted to 12 volt.
  • All fasteners are stainless steel.
  • Wheels have been rebuilt with stainless spokes
  • The exhaust is stainless.
  • LED taillights
  • Paint job and pin stripes were done by Junior Nelson of Tacoma.





The bike has a 27/8 rear drive from a 1968 /2. Oil pump drive tachometer.

Take a look at others for sale and you will see that the price I am asking for the R60/2 is amazing!


I do not know the manufacturer of the steel fuel tank but I know that it holds about 9 gallons of gas.

I cleaned the Slingers.
