I haven't owned the 1979 Honda CB750 Chopper hard tail very long but I just don't need two bikes in the garage.

As far as I can see there's nothing wrong with it and if you wanted to you could sand it down and have it repainted for next to nothing and for a nominal fee this could be done for you upon discussion with my painter at the time you buy the chopper for sale.

I have what may be an odd question, but how tall are you? I'm imagining I will need forward controls put on. I'm 6'6" and would like to not be cramped up. Second, my wife of 28 years, wants to know where she will ride, do you or have you ever made a passenger seat? I'm assuming it runs as well as it looks, can you confirm that? Does it need anything?
