Have 70,000 miles on mine and it looks as good as when purchased. I will never part with it. It is a very high preforming engine which was Honda's foundation for it's first dirt flat track engine. I'm running with all original, and only have purchased tires, battery's, oil & filters,gasoline and go. I feel Honda quit manufacturing it do to higher cost's making it. Maybe lack of sales I have no Idea. It was a hell of lot of motorcycle for the money. The air ride smoothness sold me in the first 100 feet of trial.

This is not a scooter but a very well designed and constructed motorcycle. If you are not buying a motorcycle for your ego, you should be very pleased with this bike. There are many of these on the road with 50 to 100 thousand miles.
I ride an 82 gl500 and rode today in a 120 mile poker run, enjoyed every mile of it. I there is a motorcyle that you can live with you can live with this one.
