I am also looking for this 1983 flh Harley certified police special speedo. mine is cashed out, bad gears no replacements (Nippon Sieki)Japan. 1983 was driven from front wheel 2240:60 gear ratio. The current one i have goes to 100mph
I would be interested in the 85mph one also either would do if they are in good shape or parts. thanks operatore at rocketmail.com

hello jim, i am interested in the speedo we are talking about.the one i need is a front wheel driven speedo.made or stamped on back-nippon-/jap-crap!!i can get the right part number from the part book if needed.should have flat glass,0-100 white numbers.and also smaller blue -kmh- numbers.at bottom of speedo it should say certified police special,then harley-davidson under that. all in white numbers.if you can attach pics-or the part number and i confirm lets make a deal and i will send some form of agreable payment.thanks -steve- call if you like 3145990920. waiting for your reply
