1996 Indian Motorcycle for Sale

The 1996 Indian Motorcycle for Sale is a 1996 Rey Sotelo build CMC Indian. Rey Sotelo was building about 20 of these CMC handcrafted custom motorcycles in California per year, when he learned of the opportunity to get in on the newly forming Indian motorcycle company.

He essentially took my motorcycle, installed Indian style fenders and an new style headlight on it, packed it up and shipped it to Denver. The then brought it up to the 9th floor courtroom, rode it in and was immediately hired as the new Indian President where he remained until 2005.




My bike, as shown in the pictures and the video (link below, is actually a CMC/Indian which is what CMC became in 1999.

The build includes the 3 " open primary belt drive and rear belt drive with a one-of-a-kind "Dragon" reverse springer front end.

I will include an extra set of Indian fenders so that you can change them if you want. This super stock S+S 1450 cc 80 cubic inch super tight engine and tranny have just 7000 miles on them.
