I have owned all brands of bikes since 1966, now own 2 Harleys. Bit of a shadetree mechanic, Bought a used Suzuki 650Ls 40 for my wife as her starter bike. Love it!!!! most dependable used bike at the best price I ever dealt with. Reminds me of the old BSA singles or honda XLs. Classic lines, righteous THUMPER, fun, economical bike. It is the only bike in my opinion with personality as the Harleys. As a starter bike you will not soon outgrow it, put in the 750cc piston, rejet the carb, run a straight pipe and HOLD ON!!!!!!!!!
