I have a 10/73 produced r90/6 engine that was running fine. I took it in to replace the clutch and the guy shifted the crank shaft forward while replacing the main seal. That knocked the inter cam shim off of its pins, so now the crank needs to be taken out to replace the internal shim. This engine has not been run so there is no damage. Im want to sell it as is and buy a working engine to get back on the road in weeks. email bdillon@ondoliausa.com if you have a bid.

I just saw a 1976 BMW R90/6 Motor for Sale. Would that work?

The guy selling it says it was a running engine before it was disassembled and that crank is clean of marks on the rod journals. He has the pan and he says that the cam is clean of marks as well and has a solid points cam with no damage to the threaded tip.

The guy's name is Gene and here's his number 541.935.7141.
