Custom build, Prostreet softail chopper, less than 200 miles motorcycle

My wife won the custom build softail chopper for sale as a prize in a drawing about a year ago at a local gym. We have very little information on the specs of the custom built 'Medusa' softail beyond that is a one-of-a-kind Prostreet softail. My best guess is that the builder did not keep a list of parts that it was built with but I have taken it to a local Harley Davidson motorcycle dealership and he tells me that it should fetch close to 20K.

His opinion was that "not only is it built right but the parts are all the right ones to make this bike a great buy" for someone that wants to buy that one of a kind custom scooter.
