1975 Harley Davidson Ironhead Sportster Chopper Project Motorcycle

I would like to trade the 1975 Harley Davidson Ironhead Sportster Chopper Project Motorcycle for something newer and more reliable. Trading for something better plus some cash is a possibility too, but I don't have a lot to spend.

A Harley or Triumph motorcycle would be preferred, let me know what you have.

The old Sportster's seat is vintage, tank is the original vintage 70's coffin tank and it has matching numbers. The deal includes a Michigan 1974 plate with the '75 registration sticker.



Has brand new front and back tires, just had the generator rebuilt, new clutch cable and handle/perch, coil, plugs, wires.

As of now the bike has some issues that will need to be dealt with as follows. The Ironhead Sporster's transmission isn't cooperating. It is stuck in 4th gear and its running weird. I'm not all too good with the repairs of old Harleys, so Im not sure what it is that's wrong with it, exactly.

There are a LOT of good used Harley Sportster parts on this bike if you just want to part it out or you could fix it and have a nice, vintage Ironhead Sportster to ride.
