1978 Yahama XS500 Parts or Parts Bike for Sale

I have a 1978 Yahama XS500 Parts or Parts Bike for sale. This is a 78 yahama bike I bought as a project but just cant seem to find the time.It Does NOT run and I do not know why. It has a brown seat and HAD a brown tank and side covers(painted black now)The bike has Hwy Bars - seat rest - good tires - straight frame nothing seems to be missing except for the battery.

The chain and Clutch cable came in a box. There is no oil in the motor and I have never cranked it.I would like to either part it out at fair market prices or sell it as a whole parts bike for a CHEAP price!
