Check out the pictures of the custom motorcycles for sale in our classifieds. Can you believe that bikers would put their customized bikes for sale after they spend hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on custom paint, chrome and parts?

Well, sometimes we have no choice but to list our custom built motorcycles for sale. There are those times when we learn the hard lesson that sentimental feelings don't pay the utility bills. And then there are those times when financial problems don't play a part in the decision; maybe we just want something new to play withand need to raise funds for our next project.

Getting to see and admire the custom paint jobs on motorcycles that come through our accessory and paint shop is one of the perks of my job. Each and every biker has his or her own vision of the perfect, custom motorcycle or chopper and what they want their bike to look like. I'm getting pretty good at guessing what kind of ride that the customers have when they come in the front door.

I'm talking about basic tastes in brands. I can spot the dyed in the wool Hawg lovers from the metrics with my eyes closed! Then you have the traditional bikers that prefer old school Panheads because as a rule traditional bikers want classic motorcycles.

This is where careful choice of custom paint jobs and accessories comes in. A perfect balance in chrome and other accessories is a must whether building the ultimate chopper or refurbishing a classic. The Corbin motorcycle seat on this bike is a great choice. It's modern, comfortable and yet suits the vintage feel of this motorcycle perfectly!

Individual taste in each piece of chrome comes into play. For instance, the choice of exhaust or pipes. Some riders go for the look. Others prefer the sound and then there's always the preference of keeping as many stock items as possible on these rare and valuable machines.
