HONDA DREAM MOTORCYCLE CLASSIFIEDS
HONDA DREAMS
for SALE

Today, the Honda Dream motorcycle is known as the bike that pulled lots of young people into the fun of riding; the ones that the Wild One didn't manage to hook anyway. After being intimidated by the beefier rides that made many just too scared to give motorcycles a whirl, this inexpensive model this inexpensive bike was both affordable and user friendly.

The Honda Dreams were reliable but by no means at the top of the list of high performance bikes. But in this environment, what some might consider a shortcoming possibly made it more popular.

This was one of the first bikes Honda brought to mainstream of America. Many give the Dream credit for catching the attention of a new generation of motorcycle enthusiasts that would have otherwise restricted their passion for two wheeled entertainment in the movie theaters.

After getting their feet wet and building some confidence many began to crave increased performance and felt they had outgrown what the Honda Dream had to offer. Unwilling to sacrifice reliability and low maintenance that they were accustomed to, many were enticed to move up to the Dream Sport.

The Honda Dream Sport motorcycle had the same easy electric starter and the enclosed final drive chain which translated into low maintenance. The most noticeable difference in the original Honda Dream motorcycle and the Honda Dream Sport was the position of the exhaust pipes.

The exhaust pipes of the touring model were in the standard low position while the Sport’s pipes were positioned higher on the sides of the bike. This feature prevented the exhaust pipes from dragging the pavement during sharp turns.

Even with the upgraded features, by 1962 riders were ready to put aside their Used Honda Motorcycles for Sale can find it and give this piece of motorcycle history a good home.
